my strength was written in the sky long before i arrived.

i am a warrior woman.

my existence is my power.

trauma didn’t make me strong;

i was born this way, i was built like this—

divinely designed to stand the test of time.

every experience is an opportunity

to bear witness to resilience.

i come from warrior women—

womb after womb after womb,

making room for me to rise.

i wonder who i’ll be in my next life.
